연세대 청소노동자 소송 결과

 사건은 2022년 6월 연세대 재학생인 이모씨 등이 학내 청소·경비노동자의 집회와 관련해 김현옥 공공운수노조 연세대분회장과 박승길 부분회장에게 “수업권을 침해당했다”며 손해배상 소송을 제기하면서 시작됐다. 당시 청소·경비노동자들이 처우 개선을 위한 집회를 하면서 낸 소음으로 자신의 수업권에 방해를 받았다는 것 등이 이유였다. 이씨가 낸 소송가액은 수업료와 정신적 손해배상, 정신과 진료비 명목으로 약 600여만원 가량이었다. 이씨는 이들을 상대로 업무방해 및 집회 및 시위에 관한 법률 위반 혐의로 경찰에 고발도 했다.
