<p style="border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 13px; vertical-align: baseline; background: transparent; list-style: none; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: &quot;Malgun Gothic&quot;, &quot;맑은 고딕&quot;, 돋움, Dotum, Tahoma, Arial; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">  위시플러스와 위메프에 이어 티몬까지 큐텐그룹 내부에서 대금 정산 지연 사태가 발생하고 있는 가운데, 티몬이 서울 강남구에 위치한 본사의 문까지 걸어잠궜다.    23일 유통업계에 따르면 티몬은 이날부터 '내부 수리'를 이유로 임시 휴업에 돌입했다.    통상 건물 내부 수리의 경우 정해진 기한이 있지만, 티몬의 경우 임시 휴업의 종료일을 정하지 않았다.    업계에서는 사실상 무기한 휴업에 돌입한 것 아니냐고 우려한다.    티몬은 최근 대금 정산이 지연되면서 항공권·티켓 등 다양한 상품의 이용이 정지됐다.    티몬은 전날 판매자들에게 "부득이하게 정산금 지급이 지연될 것으로 예상된다"고 밝힌 바 있다.    실제 온라인 커뮤니티 등에서는 티몬 대금 정산 지연으로 인한 피해사례가 지속 올라오고 있다.    한 항공사는 고객들에 안내문을 통해, "금일 티몬 담당자로부터 정산 대금 무기한 지연에 대한 안내가 최종 확인됐다"며 "부득이 항공 취소 혹은 재결제 안내를 한다"고 전했다.    한 이용자는 "아이들 방학을 맞아 물놀이 이용권과 키즈카페 이용권을 구매했는데 현장에서 사용이 불가하다더라"며 "여러개 구매해놨는데 전부 취소했다"고 말했다.    또 다른 이용자는 본인을 여행사 직원이라고 소개하고, "티몬이랑 위메프 정산 대금 입금이 지연되면서 여행상품을 전부 빼는 중"이라며 "티몬이랑 위메프로 예약한 고객은 할인 해주고 직판 예약으로 바꾸고 있다"고 설명했다.    한편, 큐텐그룹은 최근 위메프와 관련한 대금 정산 사유를 '전산상의 오류'라고 밝히며, "연 이율 10%의 지연 이자를 지급하고 2주 이상 정산이 지연된 판매자는 큐텐 산하 위시플러스 입점 시 판매 수수료를 면제하겠다"며 보상책을 제시한 바 있다.
